The government has announced its resolution to put these dangerous, scary flight courses into action, despite uncountable objections raised by the people living in Tokyo area.
The biggest worries among many come from the fact that the area lies so close to the Kawasaki Petrochemical Complex and its neighboring region, which is also disregarded by the government though. Should a small piece of aircraft component fall on any place in that area, possible damage might be catastrophic.
